Message	of the blame should be held on the parents. i agree completely with you about the fact that they were 18 adults and old enough to make their own choices. however they were handed an 08 bmw m5 which isnt a slow car and handed alcohol from parents. Its not Hearsay since i know people who were at that party. its not heard thru the grapevine. Either way you are in CALIFORNIA.. i live less than 5 miles from where it happened.
